Raspberry Pi W ( SSH Connection Problems )

Hello, i am wondering if anyone is having trouble connecting their Pi Zero W, Over SSH (Putty) all i get is a connection failure message, I tried it with my Pi 3 and it work it just does not seem to connect with my Pi Zero W. If anyone can help i would appreciate it, Thanks.

Are you running 4.2? SSH has been disabled by default with retro pie 4.2.

I'm sure this thread is dead but I wanted to add my 2c. After a few hours of troubleshooting I had to reinstall RetroPie.

I think the error was caused by doing too many things at once when configuring the OS to behave the way I wanted it; changing multiple settings and transferring ROMs before rebooting.

After a fresh install I did everything one at a time and ran into no issues.
