Thank you :)

How hard would it be to remove it?
I'm a noob so I'll just be throwing this into tinkercad, but if its easier for you then can you remove it XD
If you are intended to try to deal with 3D modeling, i advise you to try it your own and if stuck, to ask for help.
Do not take it bad but it's not that funny to see people asking others to do stuffs that can be done easily with just one YouTube tutorial watching and two throws at written and pictured how to's thanks to Google ;)
I'm not too bad. I was able to make this(smart watch stand) on my own. ;P

And the reason why I asked is because depending on his modeling software it might be as simple as removing an entry that adds the hole, as apposed to tinkercad where I would have to create several new objects and "fill" the space. I'm not trying to be lazy here, I would just rather have a more complete and perfect model.

I've updated the first post with new downloads and a preview picture.

The new version now has the supports left to the battery bay, I hope they are detailed enough for your needs, YaYa.
Also all files are now combined in a single archive, because they are not that big all together. And also because I am lazy.
Included file formats are: .IGS, .SAT, .SKP, .SMT, .STEP & .STL. If anyone needs anything else, just tell me.

@AWildTyphlosion:
I've never used TinkerCAD so I cannot give any advice on how to best repair a model like that. Fusion has a nice automatic function for that. It is easy to use and has worked really well for me so far. So well in fact that I need to accuse Autodesk of witchcraft.

Nevertheless – if you want to try and fix the model for yourself, just get the updated download from the first post. If you prefer not to, here is the same version with the slot and its counterpart on the front half removed as an .STL.

Just realized, its all one object. You might want to split it up into separate STLs XD
Mind re-exporting them separately for me?

Neolith, you've done an amazing job by adding the two supports besides the battery tray !
Wonderful, it seems so acurate :D

i definitely need to take my caliper and make some control measurements !

Taking advice from YaYa I went and got fusion and did it myself, and wow this thing is awesome.

An stl file is a solid object ready to print, so yes, it's a single object lol
So for 2 half of a shell you need two stl files
