Can you say what the price?
Sure. $30 for the print, $15 for shipping. Keep in mind, this is for the faceplate only.

Yes, it was very expensive to print. But you know what? The button action works perfectly, no sanding required.

I might go with another SLS printed faceplate for my next build. I'm very happy with how it turned out.

FYI, Shapeways is substantially cheaper - just the faceplate in white is about $8, and the whole set of parts would be about $35 - less if you sprue them together, more if you want polished/dyed. Though you'd really only need the faceplate, bezel and possibly the hinge parts, which would be about $15

Simple: Shapeways, i.materialise, Sculpteo. Upload your files, pick the material/resolution you want, then wait. You'll pay a premium for the convenience though.

More complicated - 3DHubs. Upload your models, sort through local printers to find the material/resolution you want - you'll probably need to add filters for materials or specific printers too - wait for them to print your model, then go pick up the parts. It will be cheaper with more options, but it's a bit complicated if you don't know what you're looking for... or if you DO know what you're looking for, but don't know how to find it.
