I need to redesign the board a bit to be able to fit into some nice enclosure. Also, anyone knows about some good 320*240 1.8 - 2.2" screen that works well with RPI zero? This one is just the low res 160*128 pixels...

Any questions, just ask...

looks good!!

They make ili9341 screens in a 2.2" size. They are 240x320 :)
Get a small cheep LCD in your project https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=2312
Wrap it all round a battery https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2292
Or use a custom PCB to make it really small https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2512

That looks amazing!
You should sell the PCBs, maybe even a kit. I love the new orientation and would buy in a heartbeat.

I have few boards, but I would rather not sell this version as kit as the board has two issues:

1. orientation of RPi is not ideal - the sd card is little difficult to install remove (but can be done without big problems)
2. the middle bottom jog dial has only two directions working

If this does not discourages you I can send you a kit that is very simple to assembly.

Please PM me when you resolve those problems, and I'll buy a kit from you

hi all, I had finally some time to complete the latest version of the tiny pi clone, now its up and running. Instead of soldering the pi to the board I decided to use the pogo pins. Still, for the final version I ll be soldering the pi to the board.
here are few pictures:
