What do you reccomend to glue the acrylic? And is it 100% necessary to glue? The screws do not hold it all in place without adhesive?
The front panel is held only by glue. Heads of bolts on the front panel is not a beautiful. I tried different ways of gluing. Dichloroethane, Super glue, acetic acid, clear adhesive tape. Having the skills you can do it any way. But UV glue gives the best results.

I've placed the order for this project, the wait game begins (would take 2-3 weeks to the US I guess).

I have a question about the screen performance. Being SPI, does it have 30hz refresh? Is there any screen tearing issue in games that have scrolling?

Спасибо!

Much has been said about the work of SPI screen here:viewtopic.php?t=2312 More problems from Raspberry Pi Zero. Weak processor, some games slow down.

Thanks. Yes, I'm aware of the weak CPU in Pi Zero. Do you think Banana Pi M2 Zero BPI-M2 can be used as a drop-in replacement?

The reverse side of the board should be without components.

The game console shuts down after all Raspberrys processes are complete.

You asked a good question. Here is the circuit:

I think everything is clear without explanation.
