It comes with no outer case and is the most closest to the original Adafruit screen. (Arguably better since it is a drop-in replacement that requires no modifications and can be found for significantly cheaper). It comes with a screen, a driver board, a daughter board with 4 buttons for screen settings (Power, Menu/Enter, Up, Down), and a power and video cord.
