This board works perfectly unmodded on 5V out of the box.

It comes with no outer case and is the most closest to the original Adafruit screen. (Arguably better since it is a drop-in replacement that requires no modifications and can be found for significantly cheaper).
It comes with a screen, a driver board, a daughter board with 4 buttons for screen settings (Power, Menu/Enter, Up, Down), and a power and video cord.
