This is a composite backup camera screen being used in several GBZ projects. There seems to be at least two reported variants to this screen, as reported by users.
Variant 1
Modifying the screen to work on 5v for this version consists of removing a voltage regulator and soldering one wire:

No modifications are necessary with this version.
The red cable is power, black is ground, and yellow and white are video outputs.
Input voltage is rated at 6V. When running unmodded at 5V, some slight video phasing can occur. If this does, you can place a jumper cable from the VCC pin to pin 2 of the IC.
