I received my case from kubino today. I have ordered 5 weeks ago, he told me it could take more than 4 weeks so that's totally fine.
I opted for a grey case with four 6mm back buttons and will use original button colors on the front.

The case cut quality is amazing and fits very well with HoolyHoo's bracket.
Now I have to wait for the mighty sword-package from Kite to arrive
