ISP Guide will have all the Hex files for Analog stick, no analog stick and keyboard with Leonardo bootloader. Screw that SparkFun bootloader and it's double reset bullshit.
Hmm, the bootloader is used does not require reset. It's reseting automatically as far as I remember. I'll check where I got it from.

Thanks
Thanos
The SparkFun bootloader was such a pain to get into Bootloader mode and believe me I tried atleast 40 times. Once I tried the Leonardo Bootloader it was a simple Reset once and it was in Bootloader mode.

The Arduino IDE makes the board automatically reset but when it does it disconnects the board where it doesn't show anymore on the computer as being plugged in and you need to disconnect the board and plug it back in.

Don't contact me about obtaining my board files (as you will not get them). If my Boards or PCB Kits are sold out, they will be restocked as soon as I can get them and there is demand for them. You can join the mailing list on my Website to be notified when they are available.

Really need to make a support thread, and use this one (or a whole other thread) for just announcements that's locked, so people see and don't keep asking the same questions over and over. Everything here is jumbled and unorganized. I know if it's bothering me, you must be pulling your hair out helder.

Just a suggestion.

So. Just to confirm.

If I connect the 5v to an external PSU and the green and white to the Pi I should get some button control?

Also I won't be using the analog control. Can I just grind that bit off to better fit the speaker or do I need it for the capacitor mod anyway?

I would just like to say here thanks for the boards they are AWESOME. Rapid delivery to the uk too.

Cheers for all your work on this.

Paul.

Agreed, I know someone mentioned having separate threads for pre-sale / sale (this one) and separate support threads for each version of the board.

If you need to grind it then you're better off reprogramming it if you don't then ground the 2 points, basically use 2 wires in place of the 2 capacitors.

I'll open up a Support thread.

Yeah, it's for the best. There's a lot of good info in this thread, but it's all convoluted with a plethora of repetitive questions that have been answered countless times, which forces helder to repeat himself over and over. It's exhausting just watching, and the last thing we want is our savior to give up do to frustration. :p It just makes sense :)

Alright, heres my clusterf**k - Boots up, screen works. Game loads. Usb port powers up, not reading at the moment but i think its because my usb is not formatted correctly. Controls work some of the time (no i didnt reprogram it because im using a mac and arduino for the first time so i dont know what the hell im doing). Anyway, controls sometimes, get no sound from speaker but do get static from the headphones. Both ears. Pot seems to work but hard to tell since no game sound. Not sure what im missing here.

I think you need to ground the headphone socket or rewire it, I'm not familiar in wiring that particular socket. Also I think you have the black wire on the pot going to GND swapped with the POT4 point, hard to tell with all the wires and both are the same color.

Also follow the link for Support in my signature.

Hi,

I've just signed up to the forums. Genuinely excited to start my GBZ project. However, I went to pre order the all in one and it's showing as sold out :(

Is this correct? And if it is, are you going to start the process for another 30 preorders?
