misc part wires and capacitor

What awg wire are people using for all the wiring and anybody have any links to good wire to buy?
Also a link to where to get the 1 UF cap for the card reader to Gameboy hook up

I used 20AWG silicone wire for power.
All other is 28AWG wire.
