I'm asking as my preferred headphones have a bit of a thicker plug and I'm not sure it'll fit.

It's pretty much at the edge of the socket hole.

I just had one question about the board and i'm sorry if this was answered already. Is the headphone jack included? If not what would a good one to fit?

What was the issue with the USB chip running at USB2 speed? Was it something to do with interference?

Also I see the resistors you are using for merging stereo to mono audio signals are 10 ohm, many other examples of this same mixing circuit use 1k - 10k resistors and also al arger one between the mono output and ground, is there a reason why you used lower value ones?

looking good, next step built in WIFI and bluetooth chip? ;)

It's included and I believe it's stated in the first post.

The issue was thought to be interference and it did have some interference but the main thing was getting usb wifi working. I tried so many hardware configurations and the way I have it setup it works at usb 1.1 speeds.

This hub chip doesn't seem to want to play properly with the Pi but no issues on a Windows machine.

Many online guides and discussions say to use 1k-10k but in testing the speaker output was lowered dramatically where it wasn't a good decision to use such high values.

Yeah I've experienced much frustration with USB hub chips too. My main issue was it would just shut itself off when it got too hot (was attached on my Pi3 near the CPU), so I had to install a fan.
Sometimes it won't be recognized on boot either

Your question has already been answered:

Look at the image of the board in his first post in this thread. See the components toward the bottom labelled FB1, FB2, FB3, FB4? Those are what you're looking for.

There is no problem shipping anywhere except Turkey and Iraq and like already mentioned in the thread I always put the value of the board at $5 and mark it as a gift.

Thanks, looking at the angle from the pictures in the first post it looked different! guess there's no problem then.
