Choochoo's GBZ
My x/y holes looked pretty bad but got one of those dremel tips like someone else in this forum got to give it the "caved in" look and really made my crappy holes look way better. Also got these extra buttons in the mail yesterday along with a 4 buttons pcb from kitschbent and like them a lot.

This is the first time I see someone tryout concave button holes, I've always been wondering why this hasn't been thought of before!

Thanks! Here's the dremel tip I used if anyone is interested. Found it in a set at lowes.

Also the buttons from kitsch bent are the silicone ones. The silicone just doesn't feel right as the a/b and x/y but that's just my preference and I like the feel of those as hard plastic. The silicone d-pad doesn't bother me though.

I didn't realize that your abxy was silicone. Yeah, I'm with you, I perfer the hard plastic over silicone for that.choochootrain23 wrote:Also the buttons from kitsch bent are the silicone ones. Re: Choochoo's GBZ
Are there any consoles that actually use silicone for their buttons? Just wondering.

Main stream commercial consoles? I'm not aware of any.crispy_tofu wrote:Are there any consoles that actually use silicone for their buttons? Just wondering.
