I searched on the wiki (http://sudomod.com/wiki/index.php?title=GBZ_Screen) and I can find it, any advice on how I should convert from 12V to 5V?

The box has a sticker on it stating 5-12V have you tried it on 5V to see if it works?

I have found a seller on AliExpress with 3.5 LCDs with tiny blue PCBs not these huge ugly monstrosity ones.

I have one problem which I'm hoping someone here can assist with or maybe it's a defective screen. I'm getting a double image.

Voltage: 5v working by default! Perfect.
Your results may vary I suppose but if you look at the size of the case itself you can't fit a big green PCB in it so it's a good risk

I had the same screen. I got a better image running the 5v to the square chip. Theres a tut on the wiki.

I'm a bit skeptical about this one, there's no hdmi port on the board.

And on the description its saying its CVBS but the title says HDMI I think there is some thing strange about this one

I have the BW variant 7 I believe - runs fine out of the box without doing the 5V mod - can I expect problems doing this or should I just count myself lucky and keep on going? (I should add the adjustments buttons currently don't work...)

[Edit] - Applied the 5V mod (http://sudomod.com/wiki/index.php?title ... AG0115.jpg) but no change, screen looks the same (i.e. still works) but the control buttons do squat.
