Hi there,
I just finished up my GBZero based on the orignial version 1 from Wermy. So I chopped up the original controller PCB from the Gameboy and hooked it up on a Teensy. I have it all correctly wirred up inlcusing the USB hub.
I can acces EmulationStation and in the menu's the controles work just fine. I can play ROM's from NES, GB etc... but for SNES and GBA the controles don't work. Totaly non-responsive. The only way to get out is a hard reset (flipping the on-off button).
With a USB keyboard hooked up I can play and also enter RetroArch. I thought I could edit the controle input in RetroArch but I cannot seem to find that option in the menu's. I did set up the controles when I first fired up EmulationStation. It said 'Keyboard' found when holding the A button instead of a Joypad but that seems alright since I used Wermy's Teensy file.
Im lost, I don't know how to change controle input for some consoles like SNES and GBA. Any idea's?

Re: Controller input problems
Press start on the main menu and re-configure your controls (assign them all again).

Re: Controller input problems
I tried re-configuring a few times but to no avail. Maybe I can hardcopy the template to each folder manualy?kite wrote:Press start on the main menu and re-configure your controls (assign them all again).. what this does is create a template file of your config and it will copy it into each of the emulator folders.. it sounds like the GBA/SNES emulators have the wrong config.. so try re-doing the controls from EmulationStation

It seems that the new version of the site is really aggressive with resetting the "View First Unread Post" button. On the older version of the site, I could log on use that button on multiple sub-forums and it would always be set for when I last logged in.
Now, if Im in the Stripertalk forum, by the time Im done and move on to look at another forum, the View First Unread Post button only goes to posts made in the last few minutes. Something with how the cookie is read/written?
Am I missing a setting, or is this the nature of the new forums?
Im sure I didnt explain that clearly. Let me know if you need me to clarify.
