Good news people
Received quota from manufacturer today and it looks good. Will have to recalculate price with secondary shipping costs (from me to you) but should be in predicted sub $15/pcs all in.
When I get home I'll check aditional costs, figure out paypal ordering sistem and open preorders
Only downside is that they gave me 30 days production time. I hope it won't take so long but better be prepared for worst case scenario right @Kite

due to the numbers involved, might it be worth splitting the shipment to have one batch to go to someone in Europe to minimize the secondary shipping? US to UK/EU could end up being as much if not more than the battery itself... (with the recent battery shipping regulations/restrictions)

I totally agree with abrugsch.
Not only might it become more expensive, but probability of damaged wares through shipping also goes up.

It would be probably good idea to split shippments to two continents for faster and maybe cheaper shiping costs. I'am otherwise located in EU(Slovenia) and as far as I know entire EU has same shipping costs and rest of the word another same shipping costs (makes no diference if I send to US or Japan, same price). How much exactly it is will check when I get home.
As far as new lipo airmail policy goes I am aware of it and have read it. Continental EU is no problem, UK/US and other airmail destinations is another story. There are tons of rules to folow and probably aditional cost could apply. But I have a plan Thing is all strict regulations apply if one is sending bare lipo cell/battery - the thing we have here. BUT, if I put it inside powerbank case it becomes "device containing lipo cell/battery" and no such regulations apply any more
That is why I'm also waiting for few cheap chinese powerbank cases (sub $1) to see wich one will fit best Then we will avoid strict shipping regulations, battery will be better protected and you get "free" powerbank case you can use to charge your gbz (after you put 18650 lipo cells inside)

Very sneaky, I love it. Looking forward to what cases arrive from China as I have to deal with the UK post when it comes to batteries and this is a very nice workaround.
