Also, if your print is in ABS, try dropping a dab of acetone around the post. It helps set the layers together if your layer adhesion isn't terrific

Some got stripped, in this case the brass inserts could have helped, but most of them got ripped of by the base. I had my case printed on a booth from https://www.3dhubs.com/, and the guy that made the print for me told that was better to give them a layer or two of epoxy and it shouldnt break easily, but it broke anyways.



That photos are from the creator of the case.
The creator had them printed on ABS. I've tried to print them in ABS too on several booths but without success. I've chosen to print them on PLA and it was the only print with success.

Looks great Hooly, might I suggest mounting bosses in the top corners though? You could even integrate wermy's alignment bracket model to minimize needed parts.
