Ebay/Chinese seller. They came in like 5 days! But delivery was expensive (for chinapost) so they ended up costing ~£6 each

All except the screen and the speaker must be thinner. You can these info inside the thread or wait for the final parts list to be save.

Re: mintyPi 2.0
So lets do the the math:
What we can buy from wermy and Helder:
Board and Screen Kit - $35 + $11= $46
DS Lite Buttons and Conductive pads - $6
3D Printed Parts - $41,95
MintyPi Mint Tin Hole Guide(optional) - $5
Total: $93,95 or $98,95 = 83,74€ or 88,2€
What we have to buy ourselves:
Raspberry Pi Zero W - $12,35
Speaker - $1,95
Altoids Tin - $3,5
USB Sound Card - $3,55
Battery - $9,95
Power Switch - $0,95
Tactile Switches- $0,98
Adafruit Micro Lipo - $10
Total: $43,23 = 38,53€
Total price of the project ---> $43,23 + $93,95 = $137,18 or $142,18 w/ hole guide
in € = 122,26€ or 126,72€
Excluding some shipping costs that might be needed.
This costs were calculated this way because of my location (Portugal), the project can be cheaper or even more expensive, depends on your location and where you buy the componentes.

You can use the microLipo, which you can get for $6 or so. You actually get better battery life, too. If you're ok with not having wifi then you could also use a regular Pi 0, you'd just want to make sure you add all the ROMs you want to play at build-time. So that cuts down on the cost a bit.
