Re: [Pre-Order] Sign-ups for the CeMu Partner (Compute Module add-on)
I am really interested in this cause I do what that pi3 power without the heachace of force fitting a pi3 in there. Keeping a close eye on this one!
I am just curious about heat and battery life. Wanna know if it has the same problems like the pi3 has.

Any chance of doing a colab package with kite and or Helder to buy an S/AIO and CeMu at the same time?
Re: [Pre-Order] Sign-ups for the CeMu Partner (Compute Module add-on)
Looking forward to this one. I had planned to do a Pi3 build using a Kite AIO, think I'll hold off for a bit before I start desoldering.

Hackjob in lieu of proper connectors and cables.

Buy Kites kit NOW, make sure to get the Pi 3 adapter (maybe a fan?), and hell, why not a 640x480 screen while you're at it?terrapinlogo wrote: ↑Sat Jun 24, 2017 4:45 pmhttp://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3295No pressure...Curent status: Pre-order open!

Once you've got that order in, it's just a matter of waiting on the Compute Module 3 to get finalized. (then order that one, too!)
I've got two GBZ builds under my belt. Started buying parts last August, finished both last week. Patience is a necessary component for these builds.

Re: [Pre-Order] Sign-ups for the CeMu Partner (Compute Module add-on)
I have already placed my order for kites board + adapter (Already have a different fan that I hope will work OK). My comment was more a tongue in cheek hurry along. I do realize that the accumulation of parts is a slow process that takes patience. Thankfully I already have a pi3 that I can gaffer tape to the back to keep me entertained while I wait for the CeMu board.
Re: [Pre-Order] Sign-ups for the CeMu Partner (Compute Module add-on)
Yup, thanks for the suggestions. You'll need the Pi3 adapter to make use of the CeMu Partner, so be sure to throw that in your basket as well.Dukana wrote: ↑Sat Jun 24, 2017 7:53 pmBuy Kites kit NOW, make sure to get the Pi 3 adapter (maybe a fan?), and hell, why not a 640x480 screen while you're at it?terrapinlogo wrote: ↑Sat Jun 24, 2017 4:45 pmhttp://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3295No pressure...Curent status: Pre-order open!
