if you're still taking reservations, I'd be interested in a black one. Using Kite's SAIO (second gen), so usb and led holes would be great!

ok, will put you in a list. The holes in picture are 3mm, but I can do 1.2mm radius or even smaller.

maybe, but I'd rather not doing it because as the plastic between X/Y is quite thin.

I'm going to be using HoolyHoo's SAIO screen bracket with button wells, printed by HoolyHoo. Do you know if the button hole alignment will match exactly to HoolyHoo's bracket? If the measurements are off slightly I'll have to cut the bracket.
