SD Card Woes [Solved]

Post by amishboy » Thu Jul 13, 2017 9:52 am

I am trying to use the sd card adapter below to extend the sd card up into the cartridge . I have wired it up according to the guides found here but the pi will not recognize the card. I used 28awg wire and put a capacitor across the vss and vdd pins. Could it be wire gauge or is the sd just really finicky?

Similar problem probably:

Shorten the wires.
Twist them.
Eventually shield them.
Could you please add a few pictures of your wiring? Keep us updated about what you changed and if it worked.
