Thanks extension

Post by wermy » Sun May 29, 2016 2:40 pm

Hey guys,
I added an extension for saying thanks -- sort of like the 'Like' button on Facebook. It's next to the quote button on all posts. So now you can hit that button if you find someone's post helpful!
I played around with it on a locally-hosted instance of phpBB and it seems to work fine, but let me know if you run into any issues! Thanks!

I don't have that on my screen, was it disabled?

Edit: Seems in this thread I can't like but seems to work elsewhere.

Don't contact me about obtaining my board files (as you will not get them). Don't contact me about any of my boards if they are sold out, they will be restocked as soon as I can get them.

Don't support thieves like ckliang who copied my AIO to resell and is now cloning the mintyPi, support the original creators and not the thieves!

Huh. Seems to work for me and other mods, might be a permissions issue. I'll take a look tonight! Thanks

Yes all set now thanks. I'm glad this feature was added in.

Yep doable - I found something that should be compatible...

I can tweak the language - "Like", "thanks" ,"Thumbs Up", "Kudos", "pips"... what do you think?
