I received two of my 4 cases already. I bought this battery and it fits the battery bay without sanding it down.

hmmm I had to mill about 0.4mm on each side (it's visible on my picture)

Hmm. Sadly it seems that i managed to do it cleaner, manually.. although that took quite a while.

2nd try should be a bit better

What about the mill head. Is it possible to use on that's larger... Thusly making a smother surface on the inner parts and a teally small obe for the corners and details?
As far as the removal of the 4mm , thats not an issue for me.. only the top plastic parts that hold the metal springs need removal, in addition to cleaning ot the bay smoothly.

Looking forward to the next try though!

I used the clear orange case you sent. I then used the 4000mah battery i linked. I did not have to sand down anything from the battery bay. I only made a circular cut to fit the speaker that stuck out of the battery bay a bit.

ok another try, hovewer the result is still not as good as I expected. Maybe I need to search for better End Mill.

I think i can clean out the battery compartment more easily myself though.
Do you have any white white cases ready for milling atm?

sorry no white at the moment. I ordered some already. Currently I have 2x black and 1x transparent blue.
