Well, figuring that mintyPi is pretty bare bones to begin with, I would say a built in sound card and battery monitor / safe shut down.... Maybe a usb controller to allow USB controls freeing up the GPIO ports for a DPI screen.
This would be a true AIO but you're limited to a tight space which still needs to fit a battery. I'd imagine the cost for such a beast to be much higher than the current offering. Probably close to $100 for a combo...
