And to resurrect a question I posted before, has anyone else hooked it up to a battery test device and drained them from full to 3.01 V to see their capacity? I was getting closer to 4,100mAh and wondering if others had the same experience.

When I was testing them I did it according to manufacturers procedure: from 4.2V to 2.4V at 0.2C (1-1.1A) load. Then you should be getting results around 5000mAh. Protection pcb on battery should cut off load once voltage is under 2.4V.
