The rounded ones – visually and haptically the better choice IMHO.

Hey ! Nice Work dude !
I found your model on the forums, and try to print it ! it was done OK but i saw the my screen was too big to fit without seeing any black lines (those from the 3,5" TFT screen) . So I added screen spacing between the buttons and the window.
I added some space using Fusion360 and the Step file
i added +1mm in the upper direction, and - 2mm on the lower direction on the buttons holder (4 buttons)
i just wanted to share my remarks

Thanks for your feedback. I am happy to hear that you were able to adjust the model to your needs!

I'd really like to see how your print turns out.

Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files
Here you are :p
this was printed with a tevo tarantula . This model was " faulty" and the screen did not fit :/ but its OK now . The print took 5.5 hours to print the back shell, and 2.5h to print the front shell
I think next time i print the back shell, it has to be printed on the other side, just a beginner's error
( i have the 3D printer since July of 2017 ) Also the model uses much supports

Hey, that's awesome! Thank you for the pictures!
That is a really good looking print. I am curious – do the two halves fit each other well enough?

Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files
thanks! well : it fits perfectly
but the parts have to be reinforced, i think adding some littles triangles to the interior side is ok to reinforce the thinner parts . adding glue do the trick as well ! since i added an aLu kit to my printer, the assambly is much better, and the prints are now much better quality than before . i am now looking for all the other parts and waiting to be delivered at home, if i can, i'll post the result on the others subforums

Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files
Looking really good. I really like your model! Awesome
I wanted to do the same thing; creating a 1:1 model of the original and print it. After printing the first iterations I realized that with all the undercuts, angled areas (eg. around the buttons or at the speaker outlet) etc. I won't get a print that would suit my personal standard (I should mention I'm a beginner in 3D printing). Therefore I decided to make some changes to the case to make the print easier.
