My understanding is that this solution was custom made and is over a much higher MHA rated setup than the most conventional lipo cells you would find on the market

I've had mine tested for capacity and I still haven't figured out how chinese send lipo batteries for free via airmail...both raise price but final choice is yours.
There was an airplane fire incident last week at Hong Kong airport and some shipping options were cancled so I guess it will get harder even for chinese to ship pure lipos in paded envelopes.
And you do get solar light with my battery

Nope....batteries are made and in stock so any modiffication will have to be made once you receive it.
