I'm also allways wondering how come there is this "silence" between being loaded to airplane and delivery.... This isn't DHL shipping by no mean but still why is there so few status updates I'm not sure. I've had parcels for over four weeks in customs without a single notification and without any proper reason. They had not been opened and have had a clearance sticker with a date of the day the parcels went into customs.
I have given up on trying to find out what the chickens happens there. It is just highly frustrating.

I lived 3 years ago in French Guyana for 3 years... regularly, i had parcels sitting at the customs for 5/6 even sometimes 7 weeks... it was getting me nut...

I order one on Oct. 19th and I haven't see any e-mail on the battery shipping. How long did it take for you to get a notification that it shipped?
