[OUT OF STOCK] Custom GBZ lipo battery pack

Just now, my cell phone died while I was coming home from work! Lucky for me, I had my SAIO GBZ with a Dextech battery in my backpack! I plugged a USB cable from my phone in to the GBZ. While not ideal, and certainly not fast, it charged! So there's another bonus for a huge battery.

I wouldn't recommend it for anything but an emergency situation. However, a one hour commute and no podcast does indeed qualify.

My delivery took (from the tracking mail) two months. It was hanging long time at the customs office.

Customs offices are constantly testing my patience in every way imaginable.

When I ordered from HHL my parcel made it to Frankfurt, Germany in less than four days – which I consider incredibly fast. But after that it sat in customs for more than five weeks. A parcel with contents worth 25$. When it was finally sent to the office nearest to me, where I had to pick it up (opening hours 10:00-15:00, very funny) and pay custom duties I found that the parcel had been tampered with and had been repackaged badly. The screwdriver I had ordered was sticking out of the parcel with its sharp end at least 3cm and everything was sloppily taped back together. When I asked what had happened to my parcel I was told that it must have opened on its own even though it was pretty clear that it was cut open.

Battery came in today, thank you! Shipping was much quicker this time. I received it in just under 3 weeks (I live in the US)

BTW, I'd send a message to the company regarding the shipping labels. The entire left side of the label was truncated and the postal service was able to figure out where I lived based on my apartment number.

Ran a couple of discharge tests.
5170 mAh 4.2V to 3.0V at 350 mA
5083 mAh 4.2V to 3.0V at 800 mA.

BTW, I'd send a message to the company regarding the shipping labels. The entire left side of the label was truncated and the postal service was able to figure out where I lived based on my apartment number.

Yeah, I saw that, too! I'm glad my local post office was able to figure it out.

My battery hasn't arrived yet, but it turns out I won't be able to use it. So if anyone wants to buy it off me, I'll only charge what I paid for it plus actual shipping costs within the US, and send it out as soon as it arrives.

Do we get tracking info with the shipping? I received confirmation that the payment was processed but never got any confirmation about shipping.
