Hi Camble. I'm going to buy the Powerboost board for a project of mine, but I have one question beforehand.
So I'm creating a gaming system that already uses the GPIO directly for button input. No teensy or extra microcontrollers.
Physical pin 15 is already occupied by my "up" button. Being brand new to raspberry pi tinkering, I'm not sure how to relocate the "on" connection to different pin.
Is there any reasonably simple way to modify the code so "keep alive" will work with a different GPIO pin?

I used a guide that prerunnerseth posted to map my controls.

@NimbleJoshua You can configure which pins you use by editing the first lines in the script. Not a problem.

@thetechy2 You can use nano to edit the script on the Pi. The readme on the github repository tells you how to do this.

It normally only takes a few weeks, but I've seen international deliveries take up to a month.

Hi Camble, ive fitted the safe Shutdown board but i cant get anything out of it because im using a spotpear clone tft!

I have the pins wired to Pin 1 3.3v, BCM5 (Low), BCM6 (off), and BCM13 (on). which gives me a white screen i can ssh into. If i remove the line from /boot/config.txt it starts fine but the switch seems to be semi-working (albeit noisy)

I keep changing the settings in the script but they either dont stick or they just dont work, sometimes the pi says it has done something and it hasnt if that makes sense.

Also, can you please explain how you are charging the battery with the circuit diagram on the first page?

This is getting to be such a nightmare!
