Hey, so the wiring for that screen is super easy since it already accepts 5V. Red and black connect to (+) and (-) points on the power strip board. The LiPo board outputs a 5V 1A current that you connect to this power strip, then you just connect (+) connections to this board for every component that needs 5V of power. The yellow wire connects to the composite in on the RPi0 (TV) and the white on the point next to it, and that's it! Here you can see to the right of the Raspberry logo is an input labeled TV, that's where yellow goes, and white next to it:
