Hi everyone I have here something that I posted about a few weeks ago, a new high capacity battery for the GBZ that fit's nicely in the battery compartment with a tested 4500mAh to 4700mAh capacity. You will need to remove the ribs of the battery compartment and also the contact supports for it to fit properly.

Since the battery is loose I will only sell to the USA,Canada & Mexico , there are too many laws and restrictions about shipping Lipo batteries through the mail so I am only selling Domestically.

Seems like you will have to switch the polarity for the PowerBoost1000C since the negative is on the right and positive on the left.

Also, about this post you responded to. What did you mean by reversing the polarity? I was going to test these tonight using a PowerBoost until my kit from Kite arrives. I tested Dex's battery with it, and it worked. I'm assuming your batteries work right out of the box with the Circuit Sword, yes?

Just asking since I'm a super-novice at electronics and a lot of concepts go way over my head, especially when it actually comes down to the circuitry and connections (I kinda just strictly follow the guides and hope for the best, which hasn't failed me...yet).

I've attached an image here and this battery doesn't look much different from yours in terms of wiring, so shouldn't the MegaBat work with a PowerBoost out of the box as well?

It doesn't work with the powerboost because the JST polarity is flipped in comparison to the powerboost connector. You can push down the tabs on the JST pull out the wire and flip them around to fix this.

So on the MegaBat the black wire is positive, and the red wire is negative, or is the plastic piece on the end of the battery just oriented differently? Also, just another out there question, what would hypothetically happen if I plugged in the batter without reversing the polarity first? Kaboom?
