I am first wave About how far are you with shipping the kits?

About a quarter through looking at the numbers. Half packaged to go out and the rest being packaged over the next few days.

So we can expect them to be shipped next week?

The first wave, definitely. Then as soon as the other waves come back from the factory, everything else will start shipping. We’ve put the date of the 24th Feb for that to happen. We’ve had that for a while and it looks like we’re still on target for it. There is currently a Chinese holiday coming up so we’re in the process of seeing if that will affect us. We don’t believe it will as they should be manufactured by now but we’ll get in touch with our rep and I’ll update here when I know.
The full builds will take a bit longer as we have to do those by hand. I’ll post an update on them once all the shipping for blank boards and kits are done, we’ll know where we are then so can better estimate building the full kits.

Classic example of folks getting in way over their heads. The sad part is they are dragging down everyone that endorsed them. At the very least they should be able to deliver on the bare pcbs - this is not hard to order or ship. The fact that these aren't yet available to the September orders is an indication there are other issues were not hearing about.

Tier 3 orders should never have happened - we should have been warned instead of being told how amazing these guys are. Every small company has their limit - it seems like they hit theirs.

How long before they are told to deliver or be banned from the mods? They took hundreds if not thousands of $$ from folks on this forum.

I agree, in over their heads. But if it eases anyone, I did receive my blank pcbs back in November, I think. And I’m in the US.
For what it’s worth, I don’t think these guys are trying anything shady, it just seems like it was a small project that ‘bluup’ (heh. See what I did there)

Everyone will get their orders. It's mainly the shells that take the time and we can't outsource those like we did with the electronics to the factory. If it were just the boards it would be a much faster process of shipping. But we wanted to try and make it easy for people and felt strongly about including the precut shells.
We've cracking on with things as fast as we can, we've both take some time off work and GalaxyGaming has just moved to a bigger workshop (https://www.instagram.com/stories/galaxygaminguk/) to get things moving fast. Bottom line, we just grossly underestimated time and had a few fairly big set backs.
When we did our first tier not many knew about the FE so we did tier 2 and 3 after a fair few people asked if they could order one. We limited the numbers on the tiers to what we thought was a manageable amount. At the time we thought it would take 2 months to get them all out but with different setbacks and underestimating it's ballooned to the 3 and a bit months now. We're getting there, we've learnt lessons and we're just cranking through the orders.
We've got some new blank boards ordered to fulfil the rest of the blank board orders which are fabricating and should be shipped to us by the 27th at which point they'll be shipped out. I've upgraded them to matte black out of my own pocket as a way of apologising for mismanaging their shipment. They really should have gone out right at the beginning instead of being used for builds.
We've also resumed shipping the Tier 1 kits after the move.

Hopefully me explaining things helps outline our intentions and if it doesn't, I'll try be shorter next time haha. I'm trying to give as many details as I can so there isn't a lack of information like there was before.

Am I understanding this correct? Tier2 is getting shipped about the same time Tier3 is shipping February 24th?
