Re: [ PRE ORDER ] Gameboy Zero PocketPi FE
Looks like I can't send direct messages with a new account. I've already requested a refund via the GalaxyGaming website on friday but I feel a little uncomfortable without a conformation that my refund will be processed. So I guess I will to it this way too.
My order number is #1958 and I want to request a refund.

Re: [ PRE ORDER ] Gameboy Zero PocketPi FE
Hi guys, just wondering whether correspondence was meant to have been happened about sending uncut shells?
Because I wasn't contacted and was sent an uncut shell with no feasible way to cut it myself.
EDIT: And as far as I can tell, I received no magnets to use with the cart?

You should only get kits with uncutted shells, if you requested that. E.g. I requested uncutted shells, because I couldn't wait any longer.DjoshUnchained wrote: ↑Tue Jun 18, 2019 5:36 amHi guys, just wondering whether correspondence was meant to have been happened about sending uncut shells?

About the magnets. Those are not included. It's also mentioned somewhere. Not sure, if you really need them. I haven't assembled my kit yet, because I need to buy some tools for that.
I've bought a few magnets when I ordered my kits. If you're from Germany and need those tiny magnets, I can sell you some. I have a few magnets left.

Thanks for the post about the magnets, I must have missed it. I'm in Australia, so it'll probably be easier for me to buy them from somewhere locally.
I think they are required, they're how the game cart stays inside the body of the gameboy.
I did however receive an uncut shell. I didn't ask for one and nor would I have said yes if I had been asked.

Ah, apologies for that! I put together a spreadsheet for GG and when I first did it, it wasn't super apparent which was uncut and which was for a cut shell. If you'd like a cut one I can send you one.DjoshUnchained wrote: ↑Tue Jun 18, 2019 8:01 amThanks for the post about the magnets, I must have missed it. Now the magnets, we had some Pis that were unstable, it seemed that the magnets were affecting it, even though they shouldn't have. So when the bracket was redesigned for the silicon buttons, they were removed. I've been adding tape to bulk up the sides so the cases stay in with friction. The magnets will still work, attaching on inside the cart and one in the side of the cart well works it's just we don't send them now incase it causes instability and peoples devices don't work that well.

Can we have some news about the refunds? When can we expect them?
Now that the problems with PayPal are solved it should not take much.
