Kites super aio no sound

Hello sorry everyone if this has been discussed I've looked for a solution on here and found nothing. First time ever built and must say very satisfied. However......I have an x next to speaker icon and no sound coming from my kite super aio. None of my solder is touching wires connected lights all on games load flawlessly no.sounds at all. I've tried 2 different speakers also went thru settings on pi .......what am I missing? Please help!

Sound can be toggled on or off using the mode button:

MODE + Y = Sound OFF/Mute

MODE + X = Sound ON

@edd247 thanks that got rid of that icon 1 problem down lol now I still dont have sound my pi is set to auto on audio settings but my sound settings in main screen show system volume 0 every time I open it and switch to 100%
