Exactly what I did with my build. 8-) I had to make my own extension wire but it works great! Very handy!

Nice placement! I might have to try something more elegant like that. Hah

What battery did you use on your project?
I used the 2500mah lipo from the credit card sized power banks I have, which fits great in the battery bay.

Here are some from Amazon:
1. GYMLE branded
2. Kolumb branded

Very cool! They look to be the perfect size.

Did you just remove the outer plastic housing to reveal the battery and the red/black wires?
