Screens not working.

I have tried both sets of software versions 1.3.2and 1.3.3 both screens, neither is turning on. I ran through the initial setup tutorial on "how to setup circuit sword" and everything looked good until this point. Step 11 is as far as i got.

I went ahead and tried to start over and now all i have is a blinking blue light and blinking green for step 2.

Im pretty sure my screen was not fully plugged in when i attempted to turn it on.

Switched to a new usb and everything worked up until step 11 again.

Closer inspection still i can see the screen working but there is no backlight. 640x480 has picture but no backlight, the other screen wont turn on. And once again looking closely the left quarter or so of the other screen i can see a stripes but no image or backlight.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same issue. It appears to be a trend of getting to step 11.
