Hi All!

I know some peeps posted this in the old forum
But I don't think I understand it too great yet. How have others wired up this particular board while keeping the original power switch and a USB hub?

Good find. But ugh. That low battery check is dirty. A cron job to run a bash script once a minute to see if the Low Battery pin is high? Dirty.

Hi All,
I'm going to leave this here. I'm not sure if it's going to help anyone, but this is how I plan to wire everything together on mine. If you want to test which connections to solder on your original power switch, just pull out your multi-meter and test continuity (looks like wifi). flip the switch to either side, and when you touch the two pins being engaged by the switch, you'll hear a noise. I found that on my switch (on-on from localstore), it didn't matter which pin went to EN and which went to GND, either way it would turn everything on or off. That's why I've labeled them with gray wires.

Also, if you want to temporarily test it you could solder two wires to your switch, strip the other ends, loop them through the EN and GND holes, plug your LiPo Battery in and test your switch. If you have those two backwards your not going to hurt anything. It will either work, and turn on and off, or it will always stay on and the switch will be useless (because it's not connected right).

Looks legit! And you don't use the LBO pin on the powerboost either, so that works for my purposes of adding a battery indicator light as well. I see no problems with it but would be great to have wermy himself approve the schematic!

Edit: Above link has LBO used to initiate safe shutdown through the RPI0 itself when battery is dead? But not when the switch is flipped? I'm so confused. D:

Is it impossible to have safe shutdown when battery dies, when power switch is flipped off, as well as battery indicator light? If we have all 3 of those, then we have a legitimate gameboy!

I like the idea of a power breakout board, it even allows you to check voltages on the go!
