Random white screen and restart

I built my mintypi and I have been recently seeing it restart randomly whether I'm in a game or not. It goes to a white screen then shows the retropie logo just likes it's being powered up. The time between the initial startup and when it restarts seems random, too, ranging from 20 to 30 minutes to just 30 seconds.

When did you get the kit? Was it recently? Or months ago? Also be sure the battery is fully charged and wifi and Bluetooth are turned off if not in use.

I received the kit recently. Whether WiFi and Bluetooth are disabled or not doesn’t seem to matter and it crashes at all battery levels

I'm suspecting a weak GND point or 5v could be the culprit. Might be good idea to redo those points to be sure they are solid. It sounds like a power issue.

How would I go about fixing this correctly?

Did you watch Wermy's build video? He goes over a method of inserting a wire in the GPIO to make sure solder is pushed all the way down into the hole. Do the 5v,3.3v and GND points then test with a multimeter the continuity and finally play test it.

I can't get the pi out of the tin because the paths for the threads of the screws are worn out or something. Even if I could, I doubt that there's a connection issue because I had the board soldered to the pi by LilTrublMakr, but it is still a possibility. Are there other ways I can get it out of the tin or any other possible reasons for the problem?

It also restarts when I plug in a keyboard, if that helps.
